How our independent enquiry service works

Know who you are dealing with and where your information goes.

We help prepare and refer enquiries

Bedford Fencing is an independent guide and referral service. We do not install fences, employ an installation team, or issue the contractor’s quotation. Your installation contract and any agreed warranty are with the contractor you choose.

We arrange a quote for your work

Tell us about your fencing project, then add your contact details. With your agreement, we pass your enquiry to a local fencing contractor, who can contact you to discuss the work and arrange a quotation. The form names the contractor receiving your enquiry and explains how your information will be used before you submit.

What happens after an enquiry?

We securely save your enquiry and send it to the contractor by email. Once our email service accepts it for forwarding, we send you an acknowledgement with your enquiry reference and the partner company’s name. The contractor can then contact you about the project, confirm coverage and availability, and discuss a quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not book an appointment or commit you to any work.

What does an enquiry cost?

There is no fee to the homeowner for making an enquiry. Future partner fees or territory arrangements would need to be agreed separately; they do not establish contractor quality or create an endorsement.

Your choice stays yours

Ask the contractor for a written quote, their own terms and evidence of any credentials that matter to you. This site does not claim verified reviews, accreditations, insurance, guarantees or completed projects.
